Coach Nesbert 'Yabo' Saruchera expresses determination as N’ombeyawora leads ZIFA Northern Region Division One, eyeing Premier Soccer League promotion
Currently competing in the ZIFA Northern Region Division One for the first time, N’ombeyawora tops the league table with eight points from three matches. The team secured decisive victories against Pam FC and Harare City, both with 4–0 scorelines, and drew 1–1 with Black Rhinos FC, a club previously coached by Saruchera.
In an interview with Kwayedza, Saruchera affirmed the team's commitment to ascending to the PSL.

“We are fighting to enter the PSL next season, and we will fight like warriors until we succeed,” he stated.
“Considering the squad we have and our current performance, it clearly shows that we are aiming for PSL promotion, and that is our sole objective.”
This weekend, N’ombeyawora is set to face Cranborne Bullets, another team formerly coached by Saruchera. He anticipates a challenging match, describing it as a derby.

“Our match this weekend is tough; it's a derby. However, we understand Cranborne Bullets' style of play since I previously coached them, and some of their players have worked with me before,” he explained.
“Therefore, we will put in maximum effort to win this match, as we are champions determined to enter the PSL by the end of this season. We are aware that the journey to PSL promotion is ongoing, and we will fight like warriors.”
N’ombeyawora's strong start in the league has positioned them as serious contenders for promotion, reflecting their ambition and the effective leadership of Coach Saruchera.
